Most 5i locations open as early as 6am and close as late as 12am. Check your location’s page for the latest hours of operation.

It’s never a bad idea to practice with the clubs you plan to play with outside, but we understand carrying clubs in the city is no easy task. Top-of-the-line Callaway iron including drivers are available to use at no additional cost. Women’s, kids’, and left-handed clubs are also available.

Athletic clothes are preferable, but the most important thing is that you’ll be comfortable swinging a golf club. It’s a casual environment, and proper golf attire is not required. Sneakers or any rubber-soled shoes work well indoors and are recommended. If you prefer, feel free to wear your golf spikes. Dress shoes (or any shoes with a slippery sole) are not recommended.

Cancellation Policy:

1. All bookings require a valid credit card on file.
2. For bookings paid for with a package (lesson or simulator use), late session cancellations will be subject to a flat fee not exceeding $50.
3. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time for any booking, including simulator rentals or lessons, will result in a charge of 50% of the original booking fee.
4. In the case of a “no call, no show” for any booking, including simulator rentals or lessons, the full booking fee will be charged (100% of the original booking fee).
5. Members are granted one mulligan per 60 days, allowing for a single late cancellation without incurring a fee. After utilizing the one mulligan, members will be charged a flat rate of $35 per late cancellation.

We have implemented this cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for all customers and to maintain the availability of our services. We kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking to avoid any applicable charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We highly recommend booking ahead because we can’t guarantee an opening if you stroll into Five Iron, and we’d hate to turn you down. Plus, you’re a lot more likely to get the day and time you want if you book ahead. Give us a call, shoot us an e-mail, or book online. The earlier the better!

That’s no problem. 5i simulators are equipped to handle righties and lefties, even if you’re playing a round together. Lefty clubs are also available as part of our complimentary selection.
