Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Five Iron Golf’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process make golf inclusive and accessible for all.

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Golf Attendants and Servers. Both roles are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Golf Attendants and Servers are people-oriented, build rapport with Guests, and develop proficiency with our equipment, including our golf simulators. In addition to ensuring Guests have a great time on the simulators, Servers are responsible for selling food and drinks during both regular business operations and events. Servers go beyond simply taking orders—they guide Guests through the menu, helping them make choices that enhance both the check amount and the overall guest experience. Both positions report directly to the GM of Performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face.
• Own the overall Guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Learn the ins and outs of our golf simulators to steer Guests towards appropriate gameplay, explain data outputs, and maximize user experience.
• Assist in the organization of golf bag storage, management of golf equipment, and basic golf simulator maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food, beverage, and all product offerings and business lines.
• Provide informative, engaging tours of the facility.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with Guests.
• Display attention to detail by actively checking in with Guests throughout their booking.
• Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf.
• Follow all Five Iron standards for guest engagement, including a first drink prompt, upselling, suggestive selling, and adhering to service scripts.
• Ensure the golf simulators are clean and presentable.
• Ensure Guest satisfaction and engagement at all times by adding to the energy and fun vibe of the Five Iron experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work with a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.
• Proficient verbal and oral communication skills.

Job Type: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Hourly

Tip Eligible

Hours: vary by week; emphasis on mornings and afternoons

Pay: $15 / hr + Tips
