Packages are for one (1) individual, limit one (1) package per cardmember. Age restrictions may apply. Package price includes the items, activities, and/or benefits described in the offer. Other costs are additional unless otherwise stated. Packages are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Payment must be completed with either a valid U.S. issued  Chase Sapphire Reserve card, J.P. Morgan Reserve card, as applicable, or Ultimate Rewards points, or with a combination of both and full payment is due at time of booking to confirm reservation. All sales final. Chase and Five Iron Golf reserve the right to modify or cancel any event at any time upon notice to participants. In the event of such cancellation, cardmember will receive a full refund of the package price only. Schedules and staffing are subject to change. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Packages are non-transferable and not for resale, donation, or for use as prizes. Applicable taxes must be paid by purchaser.
