Five Iron Golf – Membership Terms & Conditions
General Membership Terms (applicable to all Memberships)
Billing occurs on the day of the original contract purchase. By purchasing any membership, you consent to your credit card or other payment method being charged on an automatic, recurring basis in the amount of the applicable membership fee. All simulator rentals/lessons/services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All members must sign a liability waiver before participating. If any part of this membership agreement is deemed by a court to be unenforceable, that part will be severed from the agreement and the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect. You and Five Iron Golf agree that you may bring or participate in claims against Five Iron Golf only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding any other clause contained herein, any claim that all or part of this Class Action Waiver is unenforceable, unconscionable, void or voidable may be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator. Terms and conditions of the membership agreement are subject to change at any time.
Standard Membership Additional Terms
- Your credit card or other payment method will be charged automatically every month unless you cancel. You may cancel the Standard Membership at any time.
Free Callaway Tour Fitting + $500 Credit Offer
Additional Promotional Terms & Conditions

This promotion is exclusively available to new, first-time members at participating locations only. Current and returning members are eligible to receive the free 60-minute club fitting portion of the promotion. Upon sign-up, members are required to pay the first and last month’s membership dues upfront, which will cover membership for months 1 and 12. The remaining membership dues will be charged on a recurring monthly basis over the subsequent ten months.
If the membership is terminated early, before the 11th month, member agrees to pay a flat $500 early termination fee. Memberships may be paused for up to one month, but this pause must occur as one continuous period and does not alter or reduce the overall financial commitment. Memberships cannot be canceled and no refunds of the membership fee will be provided during the first year.
At the end of the initial 12-month membership term, membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the Standard Membership rate. Membership charges will continue to the member’s credit card or other payment method until canceled.
New members will receive a complimentary 60-minute Callaway Tour Fitting session and a $500 credit to be used on clubs purchased through Callaway Tour Fitting by Five Iron Golf at the fitting appointment. Appointments must be scheduled as a single session, and the $500 gift card must be used in full during the fitting session. Any unused portion of the gift card will be forfeited. Any and all clubs are eligible to be fit during your complimentary 60 minutes, the fitting is limited only by time. Complimentary Callaway Tour Fitting and $500 credit are valid for 12 months from the date of membership purchase.
