Many 5i locations open as early as 6am and close as late as 12am, But see our list of locations for specific hours of operation.

While you may walk in, we highly recommend booking ahead as we cannot guarantee openings for your preferred day and time otherwise. If you’re a member, you’re able to walk in and grab a simulator for free, as long as there is an open, unreserved bay available!

Standard simulator rentals can be booked up to 14 days in advance. If you’re looking to host a party or event, we can make those arrangements much further in advance to lock in your preferred date and time!

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours ahead of your booking time.
• To cancel or make changes within 12 hours of your booking, you must call us at 1-800-513-5153. Late modifications via email cannot be guaranteed.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time of your booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or customers who arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled rental or lesson.
• Five Iron Golf reserves the right to give away your simulator after 10 minutes and charge the no-show fee.
• All bookings require a credit card to confirm.
• Members who do not show up for a booking are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Sim bookings can accommodate up to 6 people each but if you’re really looking to party, check out our Events page for larger group offerings!

Definitely not. Our simulators come loaded with ways to play that are perfect for beginners, kids, or a group just looking to have some competitive fun. Many locations also feature a Multisport simulator with games like soccer and bowling to take you totally out of the golf zone. And of course, every location has table games throughout the space and free to play!

You’re always welcome to bring your own sticks, but it’s not required. You’ll also have top-of-the-line Callaway clubs at your disposal, for FREE, including Women’s, kid’s, and left-handed sets.

Yes! All of our locations, with the exception of our Detroit and Las Vegas locations, include a full kitchen and bar offering a variety of signature cocktails, beer, wine, and delicious food.

The most important thing is that you’ll be comfortable swinging a golf club. Five Iron is a casual environment; proper golf attire is not required. We recommend athletic clothes and sneakers or any rubber-soled shoes. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to wear your golf spikes.

There are over 300 championship courses available to play including St. Andrews, Bethpage Black, and Pebble Beach.

Membership cost varies depending on which location you join! Check the location page for the location you’re interested in for specifics, but all members enjoy 20% a wide variety of offerings on top of free daily golf and free breakfast, coffee, shower access, and bag storage where available! Sure do! If you get a hole-in-one on our simulator, you’ll be rewarded with $100 in 5i credit! The hole-in-one must be during a regulation round of golf on a standard course. No par 3 courses and no mulligans allowed.
