Porter

Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Five Iron Golf’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process make golf inclusive and accessible for all.

We are seeking a Porter. This individual will perform routine maintenance at our Boston location and help out with miscellaneous upkeep and report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas including but not limited to:
  • Bathrooms
  • All Common areas (Simulators, offices, lobby, etc.)
• Remove trash, litter, and laundry from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds and receptacles
  • Garbage
    • Cardboard
    • Recyclable
  • Laundry
    • Member clothing
    • Towels
• Minor maintenance and repairs
  • Replace light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades and other items as directed
  • Repair doors, windows, sink fixtures and inspect areas for unsafe conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Previous guest experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time / full-time, non-exempt role

Hours: will vary by week and will be focused on night and weekend shifts

Salary: $15+ an hour
