Guest Experience Coordinator

Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 27 locations nationwide and more on the way.  Five Iron Golf’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process make golf inclusive and accessible for all.  

We are seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Coordinator to enhance our customer interactions and ensure an outstanding first-time visitor experience. The ideal candidate will drive sales and engagement through expert knowledge and a customer-centered approach, fostering loyalty and repeat business. This role involves collaboration with our dedicated team to meet and exceed the operational goals of our location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhancing Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for every guest by managing pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups. 
• Product Expertise and Sales: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including lessons, leagues, and memberships. Use this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell across various verticals.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Deliver service in a manner that is both friendly and professional.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Handle essential administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer service inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members across the location to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in in-person sales, preferably within the leisure sector.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional ability to deliver customer service that enhances engagement and satisfaction.
• Industry Knowledge: Interest in and familiarity with golf is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in related fields is advantageous.
• Teamwork and Independence: Capable of thriving both as an independent contributor and as an active participant in a team environment.

Working Hours & Compensation:

Salary: Hourly Non-Exempt $24-29/hr plus commissions.
