At Five Iron, the health and safety of our guests and team is our top priority. Our local teams are taking immediate actions to follow all state and local directives to ensure your experience is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. YOUR 5i COMMITMENT

  1. If you are feeling unwell

    Please stay home to help us keep our community safe.

  2. Reservations & waivers

    Before visiting, make a reservation and complete the waiver linked in your confirmation email.

  3. Protect yourself

    Masks / face coverings must be worn at all times.

  4. Clean hands

    Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  5. Social distance

    Maintain six feet of distance between yourself and others at all times.

    We’re maximizing outside air and closely monitoring air quality to follow local government guidelines.

    Simulator availability and the number of people per simulator are both limited.

    All team members and customers are required to wear a face covering at all times.

    Hygiene stations will be available throughout each location.

Before Arrival

RESERVATIONS & WAIVERS REQUIRED
Timed reservations are required for entry. No walk-ins allowed. Customers are asked to show up at the time of their reservation and no earlier. The mandatory waiver linked in every reservation’s confirmation email must be completed before visiting.

LIMITED NUMBER OF SIMULATORS & GUESTS PER BOOKING
The number of simulators available as well as people allowed to use each simulator during a reservation has been reduced to accommodate each location’s limited capacity. As city and state guidelines adapt to this ever-changing situation, we will too. Contact your local Five Iron for more information.

INCREASED SANITATION
In addition to existing cleaning procedures, our local teams have implemented a rigorous cleaning and disinfecting process throughout the day and prior to opening.

HVAC OPERATIONS
HVAC systems will operate for extended schedules with outside air maximized when possible. We will continue to follow our preventive maintenance schedules and be closely monitoring air quality guidelines.

Upon Check-In

FACE MASKS
A face covering must be worn at all times. Entry will not be permitted if a face covering is not worn. Guests are only permitted to remove their face covering while seated and consuming food and beverage in cities permitting indoor dining.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Plexiglass barriers at each front desk allow for safe communication with our team upon entry.

Depending on state or local regulations, temperature checks may be required upon entry. If temperature checks are required, individuals with a body temperature greater than 100.4 degrees will not be permitted entry.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Each location has designated signage throughout the space highlighting the correct six feet of distance to maintain for safety. This signage will be seen on our walls and on our floors. Movement throughout the space will be limited to each guest’s designated simulator.

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS
Hand hygiene stations will be available throughout the space at all times.

CLUB AND EQUIPMENT ROTATION AND CLEANING
For customers who do not have their own clubs, or would still like to use the equipment we provide, we are cleaning and sanitizing all equipment before and after each usage.

BAR AND KITCHEN REOPENING
Our food and beverage offering will vary depending on state or local guidelines. If you are curious to know if your local Five Iron is serving, please chat us or contact your location for more information.

AFTER LEAVING

HEALTH DECLARATION
As a part of our 5i community, we expect all guests to notify their local Five Iron if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last visit. We will initiate contact tracing protocols and will notify any potential close contacts so that appropriate quarantine and/or testing measures may be taken.
